[AmeViet] Failed proposal?

Hoàng Liên (18) (in English means "Yellow Lotus") is an overseas student from Vietnam and working at a Vietnamese-styled coffee shop for her living costs. Alfred F. Jones (23) - a freelance as well as amateur photographer has been a regular guest of this shop since a certain incident... (up to your imagination  ) Their encounter was not much pleasant but still left a deep impression in each other's memories  She hated his guts while he was amazed at her composure and Asian exotic beauty   When time passed by, she started to developing feelings for him but a tsundere as she is, she kept rejecting him over and over again whenever he asked her out... But they're not dating doesn't mean there's nothing particular happening between these two...   *shoujo manga inserted here*
And after studying 3 years in the U.S, Liên suddenly decided to come back to Vietnam. Alfred was super distressed over this news and as to torture him more, he heard a rumor that Liên came back to her home country to get married!!!  
I think you can imagine what happened next... Following Arthur's advice, Alfred dressed up rushing to the coffee shop to propose to Liên... over the 1% that she wouldn't downright reject him and leave for good...

SO that's my idea behind this drawing... When started sketching, I only wanted to draw a confused and flustered Alfred but then this headcanon popped up out of no where hehe XD

As usual, I drew it ALL by hand and then used Photoscape to deepen the color and add some effects.

• Tools: Kuelox liner 0.2 & 0.05, Shinhan markers

• Time: 15' sketching and few days to complete (coz I'm super lazy and only works when having inspiration  )

• Super harmful for both eye and mind in this hellish summer version:
